Nurturing SkinsCo Customer Return Policy

We at Nurturing SkinsCo strive to provide our customers with high-quality skin care products and excellent customer service. However, due to the nature of skin care products and the risk of contamination, we have established the following return policy to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.

1. Contamination Policy:

1.1 Once skin care products have been received by the customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to the potential risk of contamination.

1.2 This policy applies to all skin care products, including but not limited to creams, lotions, serums, masks, and any other topical products.

2. Quality Assurance:

2.1 We maintain strict quality control measures throughout our manufacturing and packaging processes to ensure that all products leave our facilities in optimal condition.


2.2 If a customer receives a skin care product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, we encourage them to contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.


2.3 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened or unused and its original packaging.


2.4 Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis, and therefore will be generally handled within 3 business working days of the date when the case has been filed.


2.5 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and when to send your package bearing all return shipment costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please keep
the tracking information for your package in case it is needed.


2.6 Your refund will be processed after the products have been received, reviewed, and have been approved for refund. We will then send you a return confirmation email. Please allow 5-10 business working days for the refund (excluding all shipping charges) to reflect in your account based on your bank’s operating timeline.


2.7 Returns for orders paid by gift cards will be processed to a new gift card that will be emailed to your original email.


2.8 If your return has been rejected after inspection, we will notify you via email.


2.9 Please note: Only items purchased from us directly from our store and website may be accepted for return. If you purchased your Nurturing SkinsCo product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

3.1 We recommend customers thoroughly review the ingredients list provided on our product packaging and website to identify any potential allergens or irritants that may cause an adverse reaction.
