We charge a flat rate of R150* for door to door shipping nationwide.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer standard shipping throughout South Africa when you spend R800*
below are terms and conditions apply).
Free shipping is NOT valid for any packages to remote areas. Or if shipping
cost is calculated over R150 per shipment. Client will be contacted to either
pay balance of shipping or advise what to do.
Processing and shipping time
Your order is processed within 24 hours or less (excludes weekends or interruptions
due to circumstances out of our control). Our Couriers door to door standard
shipping in South Africa is within 1-5 business days depending on your location. The time frames shown above will be extended for remote areas.

Remote Areas
Please note that in most cases we DO NOT deliver to remote areas, as the courier may not service these areas. In such events, we reserve the right to:
Request the client to collect package at a central designated courier pickup point in your area (shipping fees will still apply. Please refer to refund policy, should client reject collection from pickup point in remote areas, shipping fee may not be refunded)

We cannot guarantee order modifications, address changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please note, we do not take responsibility for any stolen, lost packages or delays during transit. Please reach out directly to the Courier service team for such issues.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 1-5 business days to arrive using our designated Couriers, depending on the destination. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages. We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email notification/ sms once your order has been shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and carrier link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message.
You can track your order by contacting the designated Couriers directly. Please
note that it's the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information
is correct and that the customer is available to receive goods from the courier.
Should you need to modify, track and or follow up on shipment, you will need to
contact the courier directly to make arrangements.
Lost and stolen packages via transit
Once packages are handed over to our courier partner, we are not liable for packages lost or stolen. Once a tracking number is issued, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier to locate package. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided. Should a package be lost or stolen via transit, an investigation with the courier company will be opened, based on findings we MAY issue a refund or credit to the customer. This process can take up to 14 business days.
